The Wallboard that we have created allows you to monitor the performance of your operators in real time. A precise control and an easy use of all call information allows you to evaluate the progress and performance of the Call Center for each operator, so you can act promptly where needed.
The interface is clear, easy to use and it has three available languages: Danish, English and Italian. The information you can easily consult are:
