b) for reasons relating to compliance with accounting, tax and other obligations to which the owner is subject according to the regulations in force, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. c) of the GDPR;

c) for sending newsletters, commercial information and advertising material for products and services provided by the owner, also by electronic mail, subject to the consent of the interested party, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a), of the GDPR;

d) for technical reasons related to the functioning of the website, including technical cookies, subject to the consent of the interested party, pursuant to Directive 2009/136 / EC of 09.25.2009, of Legislative Decree 28.05.2012, n. 69 and the Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data n. 229 of 08.05.2014 (Identification of the simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies).

Where personal data have not been provided by the interested party following a request for information sent by the latter, or in the phase of negotiations and conclusion of contracts and / or in phase of execution of the same, the data may come, for the sole purposes of point 2, lett. c) from publicly accessible sources (public lists and registers, corporate and / or institutional websites, public social network pages, telephone directories).

3. Types of data processed

a) Data provided voluntarily by users

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as the acquisition of any other personal data (common) included in the message or provided in any subsequent activities related to the pre-contractual negotiations and / or the conclusion and execution of contracts.

The interested party is not required to supply sensitive data, that is belonging to particular categories, as described by the art. 9 of the GDPR, ie data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or that deal with genetic data, or biometric data intended to uniquely identify an individual , or data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person; nor the provision of judicial data described by the art. 10 of the GDPR.

b) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols of internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the time of the request.

The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the premises of our internet service provider (appointed as external charge for maintenance and data controller).

The treatments related to negotiations and other pre-contractual activities at the request of the interested party and to the conclusion and execution of contracts may also take place at the owner’s headquarters.

Personal data may be known by the data controller and by the employees and / or collaborators of the data controller in their capacity as data processors or authorized.

5. Data communication

No data deriving from the web service is communicated.

Any additional personal data may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in point 2, lett. a-b, to the following subjects, having the function of owner or manager:

a) credit institutions;

b) consultants (accountants, tax assistance centers, etc.)

c) transport and logistics companies;

d) external IT support companies;

e) in general, to all those public and private subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 2, lett. a-b.

6. Communication of data abroad

Personal data cannot be transmitted to third countries with respect to the European Union or to international organizations.

The personal data deriving from the web service are processed with IT tools in the ways and within the limits necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

Any additional data, collected for the purposes referred to in point 2, lett. a-b) may be processed with or without the use of electronic, computerized or automated means.

Personal data are not subject to an automated decision-making process, including profiling.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

8. Data retention times

The personal data being processed will be stored:

a) for the purposes indicated above in point 2, lett. a) -b), for the period of duration strictly necessary to provide the requested information and / or to carry out negotiations and / or other activities necessary to the pre-contractual phase at the request of the interested party, or to execute any contracts concluded with the interested party; and subsequently for the time in which StarSystem IT S.r.l. is subject to conservation obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes, provided for by law or regulation and, in any case until the final prescription of the rights and obligations deriving from the contractual or extra-contractual relationship and / or from the negotiations between the parties initiated to requests of the interested party;

b) with reference to the purposes referred to in point 2, lett. c), for two years

9. Optional supply of data. Consequences of failure to provide

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request services offered by the company or indicated in the contacts for any requests and / or communications, but is necessary for the purposes referred to in points 2 a) and b); in fact, failure to indicate them may not allow us to provide the user with the requested product or service.

10. Rights of the interested party
