PREDICTIVE DIALER: THE INTERFACE DEVELOPED TO AUTOMATE OUTBOUND CALLS, WITH STANDARD OR INTEGRATED SYSTEMS
Wildix Predictive Dialer is the foundation of this product. StarSystem IT was responsible for providing an optimized product both for a stand-alone use, and as an integration to the various management and CRM systems.
The integrations are developed to improve the exchange of data and information of the call, as well as the contact itself, between the Predictive Dialer and the CRM, in order to optimize the entire work process.
STANDARD DASHBOARD In the standard version, telephone contact lists are imported directly via a .csv file. After a first import phase, monitoring follows. Once the Predictive Dialer has been configured and activated, it will take care of monitoring the selected call group (Call Group). Then, based on the operators’ availability, it will manage call forwarding. The greatest and most obvious advantage of this process is the substantial reduction in waiting times between calls.
CALLBACKS The standard interface allows exportation of data from each list, including all callbacks. In this way, the operator can manage the re-importation of the file autonomously, and the same goes with the second round of calls.
INTEGRATED DASHBOARD When integrated with a management or CRM system, the dashboard is fully customizable. It therefore makes it possible to automate various phases of the call flow, based on the needs and possibilities offered by the management system.
