Anyone in possession of a Wildix switchboard must have the possibility to completely and independently manage their operators. For this reason, we have created an application that allows the customer to interact with the employees’ phone states, and to upload the attendance of those employees.

The result is the production of an attendance “Planner”, which provides information on employees who are actually in the office – in real time. Everything is naturally configurable based on the type of activity in which your client operates.

Operators are divided into categories and / or departments. This allows to transfer a specific incoming call to a specific operator, so that the most competent employee will answer.
