For KVW: Katholischer Verband der Werktätigen Südtirols we have connected the WebAppointment platform, our appointment management software, to the Wildix switchboard operating in KvW locations through Wildix Unified Communications .
The integration between the two systems has allowed the optimization of the information flow and the management of incoming calls on the unified switchboard.
The WebAppointment platform, through the Wildix UC retrieves the calling number, verifies its presence in its registry and, if so, retrieves the generality and returns the name of the customer who is calling the operators.
